I’m a mum of two wee girls based in RFL House, Dunblane.

I have created Nook as a space to land. A place where experienced, thoughtful bodywork is offered with care and presence.

My work is centered in complete respect for the body and what it holds. With over seven years of hands-on experience, I specialise in massage that is attentive, intuitive, and nurturing.

My main passion is supporting women - mothers in particular - to find a space to rest and receive.

I bring a calm, holistic approach to my work, informed by both professional training and lived experience. I understand how often people (particularly women) feel rushed, unheard, or disconnected from their own bodies. My intention is to offer something different: time, presence, and intuitive touch.

We always focus on the child's birthday, but I feel it's equally important for the mother to also be celebrated of the day she was born a Mother!
